Personal data means any information concerning an identified or identifiable physical person, hereafter referred to simply as "data subject."
Processing means any operation or set of operations, that may involve automated processes, applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or correlation, restriction, deletion or destruction.
The data communicated by the interested party to Giappichelli through the above form are processed in full compliance with European Regulation 679/2016 and to this end the owner provides the interested party with the following information.

The personal data communicated by the interested party will be processed by Giappichelli exclusively in order to respond to the requests of the interested party and therefore - legitimate interest by the owner - within the limits strictly necessary to 'information and response activities in relation to what is forwarded in the form or through the e-mail addresses of our staff.

On the form, there will be profiling regarding the data subject in relation to "Profession" and “ Reason for contact "
Profiling could also involve the wording from the message that the data subject spontaneously communicated through the form.
In any case, the sole purpose of processing is to enable Giappichelli's department, responsible for the subject matter, to respond to and follow up on requests.
The processing of personal data collected will take place through the use of digital tools.
Failure to provide the information requested on the form or sent via e-mail addresses may not allow the appropriate department to be identified and thus provide a timely response.
Recipients
Personal data collected on the form or through e-mail addresses will be processed internally at Giappichelli through authorised personnel or through third parties who will process personal data on behalf of Giappichelli, as data processors, subject to contract as data processors and the adoption of due safeguards to protect personal data.
Data will not be disseminated or disclosed to third parties outside the European Union.
Duration of Processing
